By booking a ride through Hello Book Cab's website, app or phone/WhatsApp support, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
A booking is confirmed once our team calls, messages, or emails you confirming driver and vehicle assignment. Fare estimates provided during booking are final unless the trip route or duration changes.
Passengers must provide accurate pickup/drop details and be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting charges may apply beyond the complimentary waiting period.
All drivers are background-checked and vehicles are maintained to safety standards. Any issues should be reported immediately via phone or WhatsApp.
Fares are fixed at the time of booking for the agreed route. Additional stops, route changes, or extra distance are charged at the applicable per-km rate. Payment is due to the driver at trip completion unless an advance was pre-paid.
Hello Book Cab is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Passenger belongings are the passenger's responsibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
